Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and web content management
  • ability to work as part of a team and support common goals

Job Duties

  • verify the planning and execution of events at the property
  • provide on-site sales support for General Managers and MSB
  • complete delegated administrative tasks
  • serve as the main point of contact for guests organizing or attending meetings
  • coordinate with Group Sales Office and area sales teams
  • collect, develop, and submit material for updating hotel websites
  • maintain professionalism and adherence to company policies and procedures
