Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Strong communication skills

- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Availability for full-time work

Job Duties
- Verify on-property event planning and execution
- Provide on-property sales support for General Managers
- Complete administrative duties as delegated
- Serve as primary contact for guests organizing meeting events
- Act as liaison for Group Sales Office and Area Sales teams
- Develop and submit content to update property websites
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
- Develop positive working relationships
- Support team goals
- Respond to guest concerns
- Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking, and moving objects up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
