Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
  • Availability for full-time work
  • Ability to work in-person at the hotel location

Job Duties

  • Verify on-property event planning and execution
  • Provide on-property sales support for General Managers
  • Complete administrative duties as delegated
  • Serve as primary contact for guests organizing meeting events
  • Act as liaison for Group Sales Office and Area Sales teams
  • Develop and submit content to update property websites
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
  • Develop positive working relationships
  • Support team goals
  • Respond to guest concerns
  • Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking, and moving objects up to 10 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
