Job Requirements
- No high school diploma or GED required
- able to work in all weather conditions
- availability to work days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and events
- basic computer literacy
- strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a training administrator or similar role
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Create and deliver training programs
- maintain training records
- provide reports on activities as needed
- book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up
- support the hiring process by opening requisitions
- attend job fairs
- interview candidates
- assist team members with their onboarding
- new hire paperwork
- badging
- escalate human resources issues to the proper person and team
