Job Requirements

  • Able to work in all weather condition
  • Experience as a training administrator or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus
  • No high school diploma or GED required

Job Duties

  • Create and deliver training programs
  • maintain training records
  • provide reports on activities as needed
  • Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up
  • Support the hiring process by opening requisitions
  • attend job fairs
  • interview candidates
  • Assist team members with their onboarding
  • manage new hire paperwork
  • handle badging
  • Escalate human resources issues to the proper person and team
