Job Requirements
- no high school diploma or GED required
- able to work in all weather conditions
- availability to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and events
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- basic computer literacy
- strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- experience as a training administrator or in a similar role
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus
- ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- adaptability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- create and deliver training programs
- maintain training records
- provide reports on training activities as needed
- book and set up classrooms for training sessions
- support hiring process by opening requisitions
- attend job fairs
- interview candidates
- assist team members with onboarding and new hire paperwork
- manage badging process for new employees
- escalate human resources issues to appropriate personnel and teams
