Job Requirements
- Current OCCC student enrolled in a minimum of 6 hours for the Fall or Spring semester or enrolled in a minimum of 3 hours for the Summer semester
- Or current OCCC student with a Federal Work-Study award
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license
- Basic understanding of event setups and general office tasks
- Physical ability to move and arrange furniture and equipment
- Ability to read simple drawings and plans
- Good organizational skills
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
- Ability to relay information accurately
- Careful and thorough in organizing and completing tasks
- Self-directed and motivated
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle physical demands and work in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Current OCCC student enrolled in required hours or with Federal Work-Study award

Job Duties
- Arrange chairs, tables, and staging according to event plans
- Ensure venues meet specific event requirements
- Follow directions from the Coordinator of Cultural Programs
- Assist with event preparation and cleanup
- Communicate effectively with campus staff, students, and vendors
- Operate or assist in operating lifting and moving equipment
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
