Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible 8-hour shift availability Monday to Friday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with work order systems is a plus
- Ability to follow safety and fire code protocols
- No prior experience required, on-the-job training provided
- Must be able to work cooperatively as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Competent in using cleaning tools and equipment
- Effective team collaboration skills
- Diligence and strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Perform set-up and breakdown of event spaces
- Inspect and inventory event equipment for damage
- Arrange furniture and equipment for various event types
- Execute work orders and maintain event lifecycle documentation
- Respond to event-related communications
- Maintain event storage cleanliness and organization
- Perform janitorial tasks as needed
