Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • flexible 8-hour shift Monday-Friday to accommodate event schedules
  • excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • ability to work with minimal supervision and take direction
  • diligence and attention to detail
  • ability to use cleaning tools and equipment including portable backpack vacuum cleaners
  • experience with work order systems preferred
  • proficient in Microsoft Outlook

  • ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment including portable vacuum cleaners
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

  • experience with work order systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • Answering work order requests
  • inspecting equipment for damage after use
  • checking equipment against an inventory list
  • supporting all arrangements of furniture and event equipment requests for various event spaces
  • executing the work order lifecycle per internal and external KPIs
  • creating and managing work orders including acknowledgment, deployment, check-in/out, and closing
  • communicating and responding to event-related correspondence and attending team meetings
  • ensuring event storage is clean, organized, labeled, and all inventory is properly returned
  • signing in/out inventory and logging broken items for tracking
  • communicating supply needs and equipment removals
  • ensuring excellent customer service
  • adhering to event safety standards and fire code regulations for seating
  • performing janitorial tasks with prioritized focus on event tasks and facility management
