Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of administrative or office experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to attend daily meetings and work collaboratively with multiple departments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to use event diagramming software or willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in hospitality industry preferred

Job Qualifications

  • One year of administrative and office experience preferred
  • Previous guest or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Teams and OneNote experience desirable
  • Knowledge of Event, Sales, and Catering systems preferred
  • Infor experience desirable

Job Duties

  • Prepare and update Pass On Reports to accurately record event set-up requirements, capture last minute updates, and document all critical communications necessary for the operation
  • Create comprehensive daily program agendas detailing scheduled activities for each building across the property
  • Attend daily Banquet Event meetings to review event details and ensure effective alignment and communication between all departments involved in event execution
  • Print and deliver updated Banquet Event documents to each building and maintain the departmental Banquet Event binder to ensure all relevant parties have access to the most current event information
  • Use event diagramming software to design and revise event floor plans, ensuring layouts precisely match event specifications and client requirements
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings with Event Managers and the Event Support team to capture changes, last-minute requests, and unique requirements for upcoming events
