Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Review information packet provided by Event Coordinator before events
- supervise unloading and setting up event venues including chairs and stages
- understand and implement floorplans and room setups
- act as usher ensuring seating complies with fire codes
- operate Center Edge registers
- coordinate setup, support, and teardown with Operations team
- maintain cleanliness and organization of event venues, including cleaning spills, mopping floors, and trash removal
- stock and clean restrooms during events
- adhere to event safety standards
- provide excellent customer service and answer guest questions
- handle special guest requests aligned with company standards
- secure venues post-events
- supervise lighting and sound equipment setup
- communicate needs with bartenders and park staff
- maintain supplies of cleaning products and tools
- inspect and inventory event equipment
- pack up equipment after events
- manage linen inventories and stock room organization
- maintain bar disposables and Coke product quality and par levels
- restock stock rooms, ice dispensers, and coolers
- conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure event space readiness
- perform deep cleaning projects like ice machines
- perform other duties as assigned by management
