Job Duties

  • Review information packet provided by Event Coordinator before events
  • supervise unloading and setting up event venues including chairs and stages
  • understand and implement floorplans and room setups
  • act as usher ensuring seating complies with fire codes
  • operate Center Edge registers
  • coordinate setup, support, and teardown with Operations team
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of event venues, including cleaning spills, mopping floors, and trash removal
  • stock and clean restrooms during events
  • adhere to event safety standards
  • provide excellent customer service and answer guest questions
  • handle special guest requests aligned with company standards
  • secure venues post-events
  • supervise lighting and sound equipment setup
  • communicate needs with bartenders and park staff
  • maintain supplies of cleaning products and tools
  • inspect and inventory event equipment
  • pack up equipment after events
  • manage linen inventories and stock room organization
  • maintain bar disposables and Coke product quality and par levels
  • restock stock rooms, ice dispensers, and coolers
  • conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure event space readiness
  • perform deep cleaning projects like ice machines
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
