Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Prior exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industry
- Computer proficiency including hardware, software, and networking
- Strong technical aptitude
- Planning ability
- Able to plan ahead and prioritize

Job Duties
- Ensure all event sets and strikes are completed according to company standard operating procedures
- Greet guests and clients before events and provide clear instructions on how to operate equipment
- Provide continued communication with clients to ensure the success of all events
- Follow through on all client requests
- Look for opportunities to enhance client’s event
- Maintain accurate client event information within the company’s business systems
- Review daily invoices with clients and obtain their signature on invoices
- Comply with all company security and safety measures and maintain awareness of property inventory and equipment location
- Ensure all inventory is in good working order and rental condition
- Report any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment immediately to management
- Ensure inventory security from theft or damage
- Maintain clean, organized company occupied areas up to company standards
- Continually work toward improving technical skills including audio, video, staging, computer operation, and networking
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
