Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Ohio driver’s license
- able to bend and lift as needed

Job Duties
- Work of this class involves event and show service under moderate supervision
- assist Operations Dept with last minute changes and additions to events including event related equipment and audio/visual equipment
- perform and deliver all aspects of show and event service including waste collection and removal and restroom sanitation
- assist in resolving client questions and concerns
- responsible for cleaning, prepping, upkeep and minor maintenance of the facility and support areas such as VIP and dressing rooms
- report major maintenance items and safety concerns to management
- work closely with clients and the general public representing facility policies regarding setup, move in/out and overall facility policies
- perform other event related duties as needed and directed
