Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of hospitality related experience at manager level
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems
- Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize duties
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Flexibility to participate in customer site inspections and sales process
- Regular attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year hospitality related experience at manager level
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Delphi.fdc
- Significant experience in revenue management or a similar analytical role
- Relevant degree in business development or other relevant business field
- Demonstrated commitment to Hilton values including hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and operating with urgency
- Strong qualities in quality, productivity, dependability, customer focus, and adaptability
Job Duties
- Provide direction and supervision to affected departments and team members during the execution of meeting and/or event
- Directly serve on site group and catering customers in a proactive manner
- Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
- Communicate timely to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person
- Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, booking systems, and processes
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others while handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts
- Sell and influence both internal and external clients
- Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating issues and determining the best solution
- Ensure high quality service by communicating and assisting others to understand guest needs, providing direction and guidance, feedback and individual coaching when needed
- Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary
- Perform other duties as necessary based on business needs
- Maintain regular attendance
