Job Requirements
- refined verbal and written communication skills
- 1-2 years experience in event coordination, wedding or social event planning, or related hotel food and beverage experience
- menu and wine knowledge
- Delphi experience preferred
- strong time management skills
- proven conflict resolution ability
- experience in a luxury environment with guest satisfaction priority
- flexible schedule availability including weekends, evenings and holidays
- ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- performs other duties and attends operational meetings as needed
Job Qualifications
- experience within a hotel or resort environment
- 1-2 years of event coordination or social/wedding event planning experience

Job Duties
- distribute detailed event orders
- prepare group resumes and diagrams
- oversee tasting and event planning meetings with clients
- manage onsite event coordination
- approve final group billing arrangements
- ensure seamless communication between clients, planners, vendors, and hotel staff
- address and resolve conflicts with professionalism and diplomacy
