Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years experience in event management, food and beverage, or related professional area
- Ability to supervise and lead a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform physical setup of event spaces
- Flexibility to work full time on-site

Job Duties
- Assist in supervising team while personally assisting in the physical setup of function rooms
- Communicate performance expectations and train staff in processes
- Monitor and control financial and administrative responsibilities including asset protection
- Delegate tasks to ensure room sets are on time and meet event service standards
- Manage departmental inventories and assets including par levels and maintenance of equipment
- Conduct function room inspections prior to each function to ensure the room is set according to specifications
- Act as a liaison between Banquets, Event Planning, Event Delivery teams and the group contact throughout the event
