Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year hotel experience, preferably in events or hotel food and beverage

Job Duties

  • Provide direction and supervision to affected departments and team members during event execution
  • directly serve on-site group and catering customers proactively
  • organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
  • timely communicate with internal and external clients via telephone, email, documents or in person
  • demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, booking systems and processes
  • resolve conflicts, handle complaints, and negotiate to settle disputes
  • sell and influence both internal and external clients
  • make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating issues to determine best solutions
  • participate in customer site inspections and assist with sales process
  • ensure high quality service by assisting others to understand guest needs and coaching when necessary
  • perform other duties as necessary based on business needs
  • maintain regular attendance
