Job Duties
- Provide direction and supervision to affected departments and team members during event execution
- directly serve on-site group and catering customers proactively
- organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
- timely communicate with internal and external clients via telephone, email, documents or in person
- demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, booking systems and processes
- resolve conflicts, handle complaints, and negotiate to settle disputes
- sell and influence both internal and external clients
- make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating issues to determine best solutions
- participate in customer site inspections and assist with sales process
- ensure high quality service by assisting others to understand guest needs and coaching when necessary
- perform other duties as necessary based on business needs
- maintain regular attendance
