Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of event service manager experience in hospitality preferred
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Customer service oriented with a focus on anticipating and meeting client needs
  • Proficiency in menu planning and food knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability in the work environment
  • Vendor management experience
  • Proficient with computer applications, preferably Delphi
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to innovate catering solutions
  • Strong time management and stress management skills
  • Flexible schedule availability

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of event service manager experience in hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • Act as a liaison between clients, national sales, and the hotel to ensure seamless event execution
  • Provide detailed event orders, resumes, and diagrams for social and corporate events
  • Manage group billing and hotel room blocks for event clients
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop creative catering solutions tailored to clients' specific needs
  • Oversee vendor management and maintain professional relationships
  • Ensure compliance with quality and presentation standards during events
