- two or more years of event service manager experience in hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- act as liaison between clients national sales and hotel operations for event execution
- create detailed event orders resumes and diagrams for social and corporate events
- manage group billing and hotel room blocks

- plan menus ensuring quality and presentation standards
- coordinate vendor management and problem solve event issues
- promote upselling for profitability and maximize re-booking opportunities
