Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
  • Must submit to a criminal background check
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Previous event-services experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Positive attitude and ability to support the team
  • Ability to perform under stress
  • Attention to detail and diligence

Job Duties

  • Set-up and tear down of events' tables, linens, chairs, dance floor, etc.
  • Proper care, movement, and storage of all equipment such as tables, chairs, dance floor, etc.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly set according to the floor plan created
  • Coordinate directly with the designated event lead
  • Maintain safety and efficiency during event setups and teardowns
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address event needs
  • Assist in inventory management and reporting of equipment condition
