Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- Must submit to a criminal background check
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous event-services experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Positive attitude and ability to support the team
- Ability to perform under stress
- Attention to detail and diligence
Job Duties
- Set-up and tear down of events' tables, linens, chairs, dance floor, etc.
- Proper care, movement, and storage of all equipment such as tables, chairs, dance floor, etc.
- Ensure all equipment is properly set according to the floor plan created
- Coordinate directly with the designated event lead
- Maintain safety and efficiency during event setups and teardowns
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address event needs
- Assist in inventory management and reporting of equipment condition
