Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of work experience preferably in hospitality or higher education
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work onsite in Knoxville, TN

Job Duties
- Facilitate on-site food orders, program setup, service and cleanup
- Provide on-site support for degree programs including classroom preparation and technology needs
- Collaborate with vendors and staff for delivery of services such as catering, transportation, hotel and logistical services
- Maintain inventory, materials, furniture and supplies for GEE programs
- Coordinate vendor payments with the Financial Information Office including invoice review and coding
- Collaborate with Program Directors and faculty for successful execution of assigned on-site non-degree programs
- Provide logistical and program coordination support for off-site non-degree events including coordination with faculty and vendors
