Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience preferably in hospitality or higher education
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management

Job Duties
- Facilitate on-site food orders, program setup, program service and cleanup
- Provide on-site support for degree programs including classroom preparation, securing materials, equipment and technology needs
- Collaborate with vendors and event services staff for catering, transportation, hotel and logistical services
- Maintain inventory of materials, furniture and supplies for programs
- Support vendors through invoice review, coding and submission in coordination with the financial information office
- Collaborate with program directors and faculty for successful execution of on-site non-degree programs
- Provide on-site program support including coordination with faculty, relationship development with students and simulation leadership
