Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience preferably in hospitality or higher education
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management

Job Duties

  • Facilitate on-site food orders, program setup, program service and cleanup
  • Provide on-site support for degree programs including classroom preparation, securing materials, equipment and technology needs
  • Collaborate with vendors and event services staff for catering, transportation, hotel and logistical services
  • Maintain inventory of materials, furniture and supplies for programs
  • Support vendors through invoice review, coding and submission in coordination with the financial information office
  • Collaborate with program directors and faculty for successful execution of on-site non-degree programs
  • Provide on-site program support including coordination with faculty, relationship development with students and simulation leadership
