Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years work experience preferably in hospitality or higher education
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to support on-site and off-site events
- Ability to collaborate with vendors and internal teams
- Ability to maintain and manage inventory and supplies
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years work experience preferably in hospitality or higher education
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Experience with customer service and cross-functional teams preferred
- Event planning experience preferred
- Higher education and executive education experience preferred
Job Duties
- Facilitate on-site food orders, program setup, program service and cleanup
- Support degree program classroom preparation, equipment, technology, and simulation setup
- Collaborate with vendors and event staff for delivery of catering, transportation, and hotel services
- Maintain inventory and supplies essential to GEE programs
- Coordinate invoice review, coding, and submission with Financial Information Office
- Provide on-site and off-site non-degree program support including coordination with faculty and students
- Serve as primary point of contact for faculty and students for program support
