Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in an administrative role preferred
  • ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
  • capability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • willingness to perform various reasonable tasks as assigned
  • adherence to company policies and safety procedures
  • professional appearance and communication at all times

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proficiency in using office software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • team player with the ability to build positive relationships
  • basic knowledge of hotel operations is a plus
  • fluency in Spanish is advantageous

Job Duties

  • provide administrative support to various hotel departments including guest services, engineering, and food and beverage
  • prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
  • serve as liaison between sales office and clients before, during, and after events
  • maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • ensure professional appearance, communication, and uniform standards
  • develop and maintain good working relationships with employees and departments
  • report accidents, damages, and hazardous situations to management
