Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, move, push, or pull objects up to 10 pounds
- Willingness to perform other reasonable duties as assigned
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Experience in administrative support or hospitality preferred
- Proficiency with office software including Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide administrative support across multiple hotel departments
- Prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
- Act as liaison between Sales Office and clients throughout event process
- Maintain professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication
- Foster a safe workplace by adhering to policies and reporting unsafe conditions
- Perform physical tasks including moving objects up to 10 pounds and standing for extended periods
