Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a hospitality, sports management, business, or related field
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work varying schedules including weekends and evenings

Job Duties
- Manage planning, coordination, and execution of athletic contests, university events, and external rentals
- Oversee event operations and make real-time decisions as Manager on Duty
- Negotiate event requirements with clients and stakeholders
- Schedule, supervise, and evaluate event-related staff including ushers, ticket takers, and crowd control personnel
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and client contracts
- Maintain high levels of customer service and operational excellence
- Act as liaison between event staff and senior leadership
