Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in administrative support or hospitality environment preferred
  • proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • capable of lifting objects up to 10 pounds
  • must be able to bend, twist, and stoop as needed
  • commitment to safety and company policies

Job Duties

  • prepare documents using word processing software
  • maintain spreadsheets and databases
  • serve as primary point of contact for clients and vendors
  • act as liaison between Sales Office and clients during event processes
  • support administrative needs across departments
  • maintain positive relationships with hotel employees and departments
  • adhere to company policies and safety standards
