Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in administrative support or hospitality environment preferred
- proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- capable of lifting objects up to 10 pounds
- must be able to bend, twist, and stoop as needed
- commitment to safety and company policies

Job Duties
- prepare documents using word processing software
- maintain spreadsheets and databases
- serve as primary point of contact for clients and vendors
- act as liaison between Sales Office and clients during event processes
- support administrative needs across departments
- maintain positive relationships with hotel employees and departments
- adhere to company policies and safety standards
