Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One to two years experience in audio visual or hospitality industry preferred
- At least one year prior customer service experience preferably in hospitality
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new platforms
- Strong customer service skills
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Professional and courteous manner
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Check meeting rooms prior to events to ensure equipment and networking information is set as needed
- Greet clients before event begin and ensure client satisfaction with all Pinnacle Live equipment and networking needs
- Maintain accurate client event information within the company’s business systems
- Coordinate with sales managers to ensure all on-site additions and changes are properly documented
- Review daily invoices with client and obtain client’s signature on invoice(s)
- Provide continued communication with client throughout event duration
- Provide basic troubleshooting of networking and AV equipment and engage technical staff when necessary
- Maintain regular communication with technical staff regarding client needs
- Assist technical staff in the setup and striking of AV equipment when time permits
- Report any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment immediately to management
- Ensure company occupied areas are clean, organized, and meet company standards
- Continually work on enhancing technical skills including audio, video/data, staging, computer operation and networking
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
