Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in banquet or event services preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to lift moderate weight
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Customer service oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight
  • Experience and a thorough understanding of banquet service
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Job Duties

  • Make the function space visually appealing including linen and table setting
  • Present the menu offering for the event including food station design and beverage service
  • Oversee general banquet preparation and room refreshes
  • Maintain a sanitary environment in event spaces
  • Assist in scheduling required staff for banquet functions including event set up staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Coordinate with catering and kitchen teams for event execution
