Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in banquet or event services preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Ability to lift moderate weight
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Customer service oriented mindset
Job Qualifications

- Experience and a thorough understanding of banquet service
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Job Duties
- Make the function space visually appealing including linen and table setting
- Present the menu offering for the event including food station design and beverage service
- Oversee general banquet preparation and room refreshes
- Maintain a sanitary environment in event spaces
- Assist in scheduling required staff for banquet functions including event set up staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Coordinate with catering and kitchen teams for event execution
