Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- knowledge of upscale or VIP service styles preferred
- live within 25 miles of Wake Forest campus preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds
- adherence to company uniform requirements and grooming standards
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as dictated by event schedules
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of upscale or VIP service styles preferred
- excellent listening and communication skills
- strong customer service skills with the desire to go above and beyond a client’s needs
- ability to work alone and as a team
- ability to learn and adapt quickly
Job Duties
- Ensure the setting of suites, clubs, and buffets completely
- set up for events, carry equipment, serve guests, and clean up at the conclusion of the event
- quickly respond to guests needs
- maintain proper dining experience and fulfilling customer needs
- perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed
- adhere to grooming and appearance standards
- have knowledge of event menu items and their contents
- set buffet stations which may include décor
- run food to events as needed
- serve and clear food and beverage quietly, professionally, and quickly using proper serving and clearing techniques
- perform other related duties as required
