Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience working in food and beverage or stadium preferred
  • must live within commuting distance to Chase Stadium
  • ability to work 8 to 12 hour shifts as needed
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting approx 40 pounds
  • excellent listening and communication skills
  • must be a team player
  • strong multitasking and planning abilities
  • self-motivated with high energy level

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in food and beverage or a stadium preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • must live within commuting distance to Chase Stadium
  • must be a phenomenal team player
  • excellent listening and communication skills
  • ability to work shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours as business demands
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting approximately 40 pounds
  • planning and multitasking skills
  • self-motivated with a high energy level and strong verbal communication

Job Duties

  • Maintaining and cleaning buffet services according to standards
  • accomplishing all assigned cleaning, stocking, and maintenance tasks
  • answering guest questions about menu items, daily specials, and beverages including knowledge of ingredients and preparation methods
  • preparing foods such as fruit, juices, cereals, bread, hot foods, replenishing food on hot/cold buffets
  • restocking outlet with appropriate inventory
  • removing trash from all containers in outlet and disposing it properly
  • putting away food stock and dry goods in their proper location
  • assisting in arranging the room and setting tables for special events
  • adhering to ice handling procedures, health and sanitation guidelines
  • maintaining a clean, well-stocked station
  • delivering and running food between suites
  • assisting culinary, operations, and premium teams as directed
  • performing other related duties as required
