Job Duties
- Assist in unloading of equipment and food from truck
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
- Place all equipment and food in designated area of events
- Set up tables, buffets and stations
- Serve every table
- Refill beverages
- Clear each course of plates and flatware
- Answer guest questions
- Clean up and break down of the event
- Load up all equipment onto Canyon vehicle
