Job Requirements
- At least one year previous banquet or restaurant serving or bartending experience
- Ability to work well with a large group in a team environment
- Good cash accounting skills and previous cash handling experience
- Passion and desire to learn about craft beer
- Strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- CA Food Handler's Card within 30 days
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass pre-employment post-offer background check

Job Duties
- Works with team to set up and breakdown event venue including moving and arranging tables and chairs
- Set up water and beverage stations
- Prepare silverware settings
- Prepare glassware
- Set up bars including glassware, clearing beer lines, cash drawers
- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service
- Engage with guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
- Follow and enforce Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. and State of California laws regarding alcoholic beverages
- Learn and maintain knowledge of company history and products
- Learn and maintain knowledge of beer styles and communicate characteristics to guests
- Serve customers with proper serving etiquette including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, bussing tables, pouring techniques, glass selection, and handling cash and credit transactions
