Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in banquet or event serving preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of event service
- Must be punctual and reliable

Job Duties
- Set up and break down event spaces with precision and attention to detail
- Serve food and beverages during private events with professionalism and efficiency
- Greet and interact with members and guests in a warm, welcoming manner
- Ensure tables are properly cleared, reset, and maintained throughout events
- Execute formal banquet-style service including passed hors d’oeuvres and plated meals
- Maintain a high level of awareness regarding timing and flow of service during events
- Handle special requests or dietary needs with discretion and accuracy
- Operate POS systems when needed and follow proper billing protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both front and back-of-house areas
- Collaborate closely with event leads, culinary staff, and fellow servers to ensure smooth execution
- Participate in setup rehearsals, staff meetings, or walkthroughs when required
