Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and be active on feet for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and variable hours based on event scheduling
- Must be able to work outdoors and adapt to weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in event service or catering preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Basic understanding of fine dining service etiquette
Job Duties
- Serve events ranging from passing, clearing, plated service, fine dining
- Setup and breakdown of events, including reporting to restaurant to check equipment, supplies, beverages, décor
- Unload and reload trucks, check inventory, clean as needed
- Be courteous, friendly, and hospitable toward event guests and co-workers
- Attend pre-event meetings held at the restaurant if required for larger events
- Bus tables and set as needed
- Setup and breakdown of food buffets and unique stations
- Maintain and exemplify high level service standards and requirements for events
