Job Requirements
- Passion for the people, place and culture of our community
- love of restaurants and guest service
- ability to obtain and/or maintain server certification within 30 days of hire
- must meet local age requirements to serve alcohol
- available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally
- continuous standing and walking and negotiating wet tile floor and steps
- fine motor coordination to pour beverages, decorate cocktails, and fold napkins
- ability to roll and/or carry banquet tables and chairs
- standing and walking for 4-5 hours at a time
- occasional lifting and carrying of 30 lb trays, crates or boxes
- negotiating varied floor surfaces continuously
- occasional carrying over shoulder
- hand and elbow movements for polishing glassware, silver, setting up tables, shaking, pouring, and mixing drinks
- excellent sight and balance for varied floor surfaces
- handling lighted candles and hot fluids
- ability to work in extreme temperatures such as freezers and kitchens

Job Duties
- Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications
- greet guests and respond to service requests promptly and professionally
- serve plated meals, family meals, buffets, beverages, and desserts with accuracy and attention to timing
- clear tables and maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the event
- assist with event breakdown and reset as needed
- follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- collaborate with kitchen, bar, and event coordination teams to ensure seamless service
