Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of server experience
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Highly motivated and team-oriented
  • Proficient in multitasking
  • Ability to work flexible and long hours
  • Ability to move, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended time
  • Ability to reach overhead and below knees

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of server experience
  • One year of coffee preparation experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High motivation with leadership readiness
  • Proficiency in multitasking
  • Food hygiene or food handling certificate preferred
  • TIPS certification preferred
  • Ability to work flexible and long hours as needed
  • Physical capability to move, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to reach overhead and below knees
  • Capacity to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Greet all clients with enthusiasm and friendliness
  • Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
  • Provide world-class service in accordance with brand standards
  • Set up, replenish, maintain, and break down food and beverage stations
  • Accommodate special client needs and last-minute requests
  • Develop relationships with clients
  • Accurately answer client questions about culinary and venue spaces
  • Read, understand, and execute program execution orders
  • Follow checklists and standard operating procedures
  • Set up and break down conference rooms and refresh rooms
  • Perform facility maintenance
  • Maintain safe, clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas
  • Ensure constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling
  • Acquire full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information
  • Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties per company standards
  • Clean tables, chairs, glasses, dishes, polish glass and silverware, and make rollups
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Foster professional working relationships with team members
  • Follow company drink recipes and procedures
  • Prepare blended and cold drinks proficiently
  • Know the coffee and tea menu thoroughly
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
