Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of server experience
- One year of coffee experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills
- Highly motivated and ready to lead others
- Proficient multitasking skills
- Food hygiene or food handling certificate preferred
- TIPS certification preferred
- Flexible and able to work long hours
- Ability to move, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to reach overhead and below knees
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet all clients with enthusiasm and friendliness
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
- Provide world-class service in accordance with brand standards
- Set up, replenish, maintain, and break down food and beverage stations
- Accommodate special client needs and last-minute requests
- Develop relationships with clients
- Accurately answer client questions about culinary and spaces
- Read, understand, and execute program execution orders
- Follow checklists and standard operating procedures
- Set up and break down conference rooms and refresh rooms as needed
- Perform facility maintenance
- Maintain safe, clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas
- Ensure constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling
- Have full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information
- Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties
- Perform cleaning duties including wiping tables and chairs, cleaning glasses, washing dishes, polishing glass and silverware
- Maintain professional appearance and relationships
- Follow all company drink recipes and procedures
- Proficiently prepare blended and cold drinks
- Have full knowledge of coffee and tea menu
- Perform additional duties as assigned
