Job Requirements
- Preferred High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent experience
- experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
- valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- ability to remain standing for the duration of assigned shift
- willingness to carry or learn to carry food and beverage trays weighing up to 25 pounds
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- outstanding commitment to customer service
- excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Preparing tables by setting up linens, polishing and placing silverware and glassware
- communicating effectively with Sales Team, Kitchen Staff, and Service Staff
- carrying "small bites" and refreshments on hand-held trays
- checking dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation
- maintaining proper table settings and a tidy dining area
- carrying used plates/glasses/silverware to kitchen for cleaning
- consistently providing excellent customer service to guests
- light cleaning: vacuuming, rearranging rooms, wiping tables and surfaces, sweeping, set-up/breakdown of event space
