Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
high school diploma or equivalent required
guard card preferred or ability to obtain
availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
maintain regular and reliable attendance

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
high school diploma or equivalent required
guard card preferred or ability to obtain
previous experience in security, event management, law enforcement, or customer service is a plus
strong communication skills
ability to remain professional and composed in high-stress situations
quick decision-making skills

Job Duties

Provide visitors with accurate stadium and event details
ensure compliance with building policies and procedures
assist with managing crowd flow at entry and exit points
provide directions and updates on road closures, travel routes, and stadium events
respond to all emergencies promptly and appropriately
verify credentials and control access to restricted areas
maintain detailed incident reports and security logs
