Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning or event security management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management, customer service management or program management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under stressful circumstances
  • Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office and Google programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong decision-making ability
  • Ability to quickly learn and master new technology

Job Duties

  • Serve as the main point of contact and leadership decision maker for the assigned region
  • Oversee event support on the ground including travel when needed
  • Function as primary liaison between the company and the client for personnel and financial concerns
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to facilitate events nationally and internationally
  • Organize and lead staff meetings, cross functional team meetings, and special events
  • Perform managerial duties including oversight and approval of work schedules
  • Manage all personnel actions including hiring, training, mentorship, and performance reviews
  • Ensure event security compliance with local legislation and client standards
  • Act as Project Manager to ensure employees meet deadlines and goals
  • Anticipate, identify and evaluate emerging risks affecting people, assets, and client reputation
  • Conduct resource, capacity planning, and financial forecasting
  • Review event security plans including staffing and deployment
  • Establish and oversee Service Level Management function and present reports
  • Report security incidents immediately
  • Conduct regular Service Level Review meetings with the Client
  • Monitor adherence to established SLAs, SLOs, KPIs, and operational metrics
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership
