Job Requirements
- Must have at least seven years' experience in event security or related fields
- Minimum of five years in a management role
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree highly desired
- Security management experience with large public-facing events required
- Knowledge of event security and safety best practices
- Effective management and communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Job Qualifications
- Seven years' experience in event security, physical security, law enforcement, military, safety, or emergency management
- Five years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in criminal justice, homeland security, emergency management, occupational safety, business administration, or organizational leadership
- Experience with large public-facing events
- Knowledge of best practices in event security, executive protection, and safety
- Strong management, communication, technical writing, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain professional composure under stress
- Strong customer service and service delivery skills
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, poise, tact, and diplomacy
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Manage guard force deployment
- Coordinate attendee screening and crowd control
- Oversee threat management activities
- Provide executive and talent protection
- Serve as law enforcement liaison
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Lead medical and life safety response
- Develop and execute operational and evacuation plans
- Manage vendor selection and relations
- Maintain integrated communications and dispatch systems
