Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in sales enablement, revenue optimization, or business analytics
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy, sales performance metrics, and utilization analysis
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and BI tools
- Microsoft office proficiency including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access
- Effective communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Ability to work in a virtual environment
- Experience in collecting internal customer feedback
- Collaborative and self-motivated with leadership qualities
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Degree in analytical or related field preferred
- Knowledge of data warehousing and relational databases
- Familiarity with event, hospitality, or customer service industries

- Microsoft office tools i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access
- Strong and effective communication, presentation and written skills and ability to work in a virtual environment
- Experience collecting internal customer feedback and requests, empathizing with their challenges and opportunities
- Collaborative, self-motivated with a desire to lead strategic problem solving, execution and ownership
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in analytical areas such as mathematics, statistics, operations research, business or equivalent
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts, relationship entity diagrams and relational databases
- Familiarization with event/hospitality/customer service-based organizations
Job Duties
- Develop process for collection and aggregation of important event sales data (pricing, room minimums, etc.) and manage ongoing updating of information
- Build intuitive presentations, interfaces, infographics, and data visualizations to tell stories with the data that convey trends in bookings, revenue, conversion rates, and customer preferences
- Ideate and develop new metrics and analytical approaches to utilization and pricing, measuring performance for both tactical and strategic decision-making
- Lead projects and requests from end-to-end, defining business needs, developing strategies, and solutions that empower internal teams to operate efficiently
- Work with key stakeholders to monitor standardized sales reporting metrics
- Identify opportunities for technology enhancements, automation, and advanced modeling/analytics to continue to increase efficiency and generate additional revenue
- Be a liaison between event sales leadership and regional/internal teams (Regional VPs of Event Sales, technology, marketing, accounting, legal, finance)
