Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Ability to solve problems quickly
  • Prior retail, customer service, promotions, or sales experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities such as squatting, bending and reaching
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds regularly
  • Availability for varied schedules including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to operate smartphone that supports necessary apps including Vision App for reporting

  • Excellent customer service and ability to identify and solve problems quickly
  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, promotions, or sales preferred
  • Ability to operate a smartphone supporting necessary apps for timekeeping and sales reporting

Job Duties

  • Set up and break down designated display, kiosk, or demo station inside retail locations
  • Arrange products in an eye-catching manner to attract customers and ensure all promotional materials, signage, and samples are properly displayed
  • Approach and engage customers in a friendly, inviting manner to promote and sell the product
  • Provide demonstrations and explain key features/benefits
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support sales and marketing initiatives
  • Utilize company-required apps and digital tools, including Vision App, for timekeeping and sales reporting
  • Accurately log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage through designated mobile applications or reporting tools in real time
  • Follow all store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols during events, including proper handling of promotional materials and displays
  • In this fast-paced retail environment, remain flexible and ready to adapt to changing needs
