Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or relevant work experience preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must pass a motor vehicle record check
  • Must carry and maintain auto insurance meeting T-ROC's minimum coverage requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Consistent access to reliable transportation
  • Excellent customer service
  • Proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently squat, bend, and reach
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds regularly
  • Must have a smartphone that supports Vision App and other required apps

Job Duties

  • Set up designated displays, kiosks, or demo stations inside retail stores
  • Arrange products in an eye-catching manner to attract customers and ensure promotional materials are properly displayed
  • Approach and engage customers in a friendly, inviting manner to promote and sell products
  • Provide product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits
  • Perform additional tasks to support sales and marketing initiatives
  • Utilize company apps and digital tools, including Vision App, for timekeeping and sales reporting
  • Accurately log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage through mobile apps in real time
  • Follow store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols
  • Monitor, transport, and maintain promotional inventory ensuring items are secure, clean, and replenished
  • Stay flexible and ready for changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
