- Ability to travel once a year to the national sales conference
- Ability to travel to Arizona for 5 days of training

- Broad knowledge of sales, hospitality, and event planning
- Proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events
- Learn the features and benefits of multiple venue properties and effectively communicate them to clients
- Understand the unique needs of all types of events including corporate functions and social parties
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs
- Organize and manage a large client rolodex and multiple venues
- Serve as the on-site contact for operations teams and host BEO meetings
- Plan client events and coordinate details until the day of the party
- Manage client relationships during and after events to encourage repeat business
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy seasons
- Participate actively in virtual meetings and coaching sessions
