Job Requirements

  • Ability to travel once a year to the national sales conference
  • Ability to travel to Arizona for 5 days of training
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and venues simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Broad knowledge of sales, hospitality, and event planning
  • Proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Feedback driven and open to continuous improvement
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Adaptability to changing conditions and client needs

Job Duties

  • Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events
  • Learn and communicate the features and benefits of multiple venues
  • Understand the unique needs of various event types including corporate and social gatherings
  • Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs
  • Organize and manage a large client rolodex and multiple venues efficiently
  • Act as the on-site contact for operations and host BEO meetings to ensure event success
  • Plan and coordinate all event details with clients until the day of the event
  • Manage client relationships during and after events to foster retention
  • Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays especially during peak seasons
  • Remain engaged on camera for coaching sessions and team meetings
  • Showcase enthusiasm and professionalism consistently for clients and team members
