Job Requirements

  • Ability to travel once a year to the national sales conference
  • Ability to travel to Arizona for 5 days of training

Job Qualifications

  • Broad knowledge of sales, hospitality, and event planning
  • Proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to embrace and act on feedback
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Adaptability to changing environments and client needs

Job Duties

  • Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events
  • Plan events for multiple venues and effectively communicate their features and benefits
  • Understand the unique needs of all types of events including corporate functions and social gatherings
  • Meet or exceed individual sales key performance indicators
  • Organize and manage a large client roster across various venues
  • Act as the on-site contact for the operations team, hosting BEO meetings and ensuring successful event execution
  • Maintain client relationships during and after events to encourage repeat bookings
  • Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Engage in video meetings and coaching sessions to stay connected and enhance performance
