Job Requirements

  • Ability to travel once a year to the national sales conference
  • Ability to travel to Arizona for 5 days of training

  • Broad knowledge of sales, hospitality, and event planning
  • Proficiency in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to accept and thrive on feedback
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility in work schedule

Job Duties

  • Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events
  • Plan events for multiple venues by learning the features and benefits of each location
  • Understand and meet the unique needs of all types of events including corporate functions and social gatherings
  • Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs
  • Maintain organization when managing a large number of clients and venues
  • Serve as the onsite contact for the operations team, hosting planning meetings to ensure event success
  • Manage client relationships through event planning and coordination until the day of the event and maintain retention efforts for repeat business
  • Be available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays especially in busy seasons
  • Stay connected via video calls for coaching sessions and daily meetings
  • Showcase enthusiasm and professionalism to clients at all times
