Job Requirements

  • Ability to travel once a year to the national sales conference
  • Ability to travel to Arizona for 5 days of training
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in sales or event planning preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Broad knowledge of sales, hospitality, and event planning
  • Proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Feedback driven and adaptable
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events
  • Learn the features and benefits of multiple venues and effectively communicate them to clients
  • Understand the unique needs of various event types including corporate functions and birthday parties
  • Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs
  • Maintain organization while managing multiple clients and venues
  • Serve as on-site contact for operations team and host Banquet Event Order meetings
  • Plan and coordinate client events from initial inquiry through event day
  • Manage client relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Work evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy seasons
  • Participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions
  • Stay camera-ready and professional for client interactions
