Job Requirements
- Designated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimum 30-50 Mbps download and 10-20 Mbps upload speeds
- Ability to travel for company-paid trips to the office once per quarter
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or event planning preferred
Job Qualifications
- Broad knowledge of sales, hospitality, and event planning
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Feedback driven with a willingness to learn and improve
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability to changing environments and client needs
Job Duties
- Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events
- Learn the features and benefits of the company's properties and event options across multiple venues
- Understand the unique needs of all types of events including corporate functions and social events
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs
- Stay organized managing clients and multiple venues
- Plan and coordinate events until the day of the party ensuring flawless execution
- Manage client relationships during and after events with retention efforts
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays especially during peak event seasons
- Participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions to stay connected with the team
